Marc is the founder and Managing Director of Resonance Asia – an Asian based retained executive search and leadership advisory firm dedicated to building an ecosystem for great talent in an evolving Insurance & Retail Financial Services industry.
Marc founded Resonance Asia after over 20 years’ experience in executive search with leading firms such as Spencer Stuart, leading its Asia Insurance Advisory segment and establishing boutiques with a focus on transformational hires.
We are all here to help our clients to transform and thrive in a time of change, ambiguity and paradigm shifts.
Marc obtained a Masters degree from the Bayerische Julius Maximilian’s University of Wuerzburg in Sociology, Political Science and Japanology and received a full year scholarship grant to visit Chuo University in Tokyo.
Marc speaks fluently English, German and Japanese and is conversational in French and Romanian.

With over 25 years in the financial industry, Michael is an exceptional visionary and business leader with proven success in both new and established markets as well as different phases of company development. He is known for his expertise in business turnarounds, mainly focusing on the Asian markets (SG, China, HK, SE Asia). He is a proven people developer and has seen many of his people taking senior leadership roles in Asia.
His other strong business competencies are strategic innovation, efficient distribution models, organizational development, and cross- cultural talent development.
Michael was prior the CEO of Chubb Life HK and before that the Regional CAO for Prudential Asia. He also served 5 years in China with AXA as GM North China. Michael speaks fluently English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
