Marc Baloch

CEO & Founder

As the visionary behind Resonance Asia, a pan- Asian Executive Search and Leadership Advisory firm, Marc is a catalyst for transformative leadership in the evolving Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management industry. 

 

With over 25 years of experience in executive search and advising clients on people and leadership, Marc has a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing organizations in these transforming sectors.

 

Prior to founding Resonance Asia, Marc was the Asian Practice Head for one of the global leading search firms. 

 

Marc's academic background includes a Master's degree in Sociology, Political Sciences, and Japanology from the University of Würzburg and a grant from AIEJ for a full-year scholarship from CHUO University in Tokyo, Japan. 

 

His fluency in English, French, Japanese, German, and conversational Romanian enables him to connect with clients and candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds.

 

Marc's unwavering belief in the power of human potential drives his passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunities.

Sanjay Sachdev, Managing Partner

Sanjay is an accomplished strategy and transformation leader with over 25 years of experience helping companies to execute strategic initiatives across the insurance, financial services, and technology sectors. As Managing Partner at Resonance Asia, he advises executive boards on people & business strategy, customer engagement and digital transformation.  


Prior to joining Resonance Asia, Sanjay held senior roles at Prudential Life Assurance, FWD Insurance, Grant Thornton, McKinsey, Microsoft & SAP, where he spearheaded major change and transformation initiatives.

 

 

Notably, as Chief Transformation Officer at Prudential, he led a successful digital overhaul that significantly boosted customer experience. Sanjay’s passion for delivering tangible impact through strategic vision and innovation is evident in his track record of success. 

 

He is fluent in English, Thai, Hindi, and Punjabi, enabling him to connect with clients and candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds.

 

 

Sanjay's deep understanding of the insurance, financial services, and technology industries, combined with his proven ability to drive transformative change, makes him a valuable asset to organizations seeking to navigate the evolving business landscape. Pakjira Rojanakirakul

Consultant 

Pakjira is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in finance, accounting, treasury, business strategy, and risk management. Based out of our Bangkok office, she focuses on both consulting and executive search.


From years of experience working with global firms such as Siemens, Pakjira possesses excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, coupled with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Pakjira holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting from Bangkok University. She is proficient in spoken and written English, particularly in the context of financial accounting language.

Pakjira's strong organizational skills enable her to establish efficient workflows within departments and foster a high level of team spirit. She is committed to delivering exceptional results for clients and candidates alike, leveraging her deep understanding of the financial industry and her ability to connect the right people with the right opportunities.
