Policies
This code of conduct applies to all suppliers, contractors, partners and vendors engaged to provide services to Resonance Asia. We expect the same standards of ourselves.
Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing employment, labour, health and safety, human rights, antitrust, trade controls and the environment. Where this code sets a stricter standard than local law, the stricter standard applies.
Suppliers must not engage in bribery or corruption in any form and must avoid conflicts of interest. Suppliers must not, whether directly or indirectly, offer or accept any gift that is intended to gain an improper influence or business advantage.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards tax evasion, money laundering and fraud. Suppliers are expected to implement processes that monitor for and prevent these activities.
Suppliers must not discriminate on the basis of any protected characteristic and must not use slavery, forced labour or human trafficking in any form. A safe, respectful workplace is a condition of working with us.
Suppliers must comply with applicable privacy laws, implement appropriate security safeguards for personal data and promptly report any unauthorised access to personal data processed on our behalf.
We encourage suppliers to identify and suggest ways to reduce the environmental impact of the services they provide to us.
Suspected violations should be reported to CodeOfConduct@resonanceasia.com. Resonance Asia reserves the right to suspend or terminate a relationship, and to involve the relevant authorities, where this code or the law has been breached.
