Resonance Asia Limited is headquartered in Hong Kong with an office in Tokyo. We provide executive search, leadership advisory, succession planning and related consulting services. This policy explains how we handle personal information in the course of that work.
In executive search we collect candidate information including contact details, biographical data, information on professional education, employment history, qualifications, compensation and related professional credentials. For clients and business contacts we collect the details needed to manage the relationship.
Candidate information is processed by and on behalf of Resonance Asia to identify, assess and present candidates for current and future mandates, and to deliver leadership advisory services. Processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate business interests or with your consent.
Information may be shared with our consultants, with clients in the context of a specific mandate, with assessment partners such as The GC Index® where you take part in an assessment, and with service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations.
We comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in Hong Kong, the Personal Data Protection Act and PDPC guidance in Singapore, and the Act on the Protection of Personal Information in Japan.
You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information. We respond within 30 calendar days. Where processing is based on consent, we renew that consent every three years or delete the data on request.
We retain personal information for as long as there is ongoing consent or a legitimate interest in doing so, including to comply with legal obligations and to maintain business records.
This site sets no cookies of its own. If you accept analytics on the cookie notice, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure how the site is used; IP addresses are anonymised and nothing is used for advertising. Declining, or ignoring the notice, keeps analytics off and the site works exactly the same. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie preferences link in the footer.
